このワインについて
【畑】異なる区画（2区画はムンタニェス・ドルダルに、1区画はガラフ山塊）
【栽培・醸造】区画ごとにそれぞれ個別に醸造。その後、マセラシオンは行わず全房のまま極めて低い圧力でプレス。軽く澱引きを行った後、ステンレスタンク、コンクリート製アンフォラ、300Lのフレンチオーク樽およびハンガリアンオーク樽で区画ごとに発酵を行う。春に最終ブレンドを行った後、さらに数週間タンク内でワインを落ち着かせ、ボトリング。

塩味をよく感じるキュヴェ。
