灰岩に風化した砂やローム層を含む土壌
【栽培・醸造】収穫は手摘み。一部全房。4週間マセラシオンを行い225Lのバリックで野生
酵母を使用し発酵。そのまま24カ月熟成させ、無濾過・無清澄で瓶詰め。
